2010-2011 Selection Process



This site contains information you will need to successfully apply for a Sansom Community Services Sansom Advisor position. Prior to submitting an application it is imperative that you carefully read all information provided. Once you have read all information please follow the instructions to ensure completion of your application.


Some Important Considerations When Applying:

  • Please read the Staff Selection Information Brochure
  • All staff members must attend all sessions of Pre-Service Staff Orientation, commencing in August 2009.
  • This position may affect your financial aid packet. Check with your Financial Aid Counselor before applying for the position.
  • The selection process will continue until all positions are filled.
  • You are strongly encouraged to attend an Information Session to learn more about the requirements of the position and the Sansom Community Services Office and staff team
  • Please remember the important application dates and deadlines
  • A complete application will contain:

    • Application Questionnaire (submit online)
    • Letter of Application (submit online)
    • Current resume (submit online)
    • Academic Approval Form from department chair/academic advisor
    • Letter of professional reference from a person that can attest to your abilities to carry out a set of assigned responsibilities over a period of time. (i.e. from an employer, a place where you volunteered, an advisor of an organization for which you have served in a leadership role, etc.) (must be submitted on letterhead)
    • Letter of social reference from a peer/organization
